Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will require a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, entrances, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and shift handoff communications for leadership.
