Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, access points, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and professionally; notify site contacts when required.
• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with reporting procedures.
