Job summary

Alteryx is seeking an Information Security Analyst for the Security Trust team. You will support security assurance workflows, respond to customer questionnaires, manage evidence, and help improve Trust Center content using AI-enabled processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and Engineering. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of security experience are required, with preferred SaaS security experience and AI automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Security, Security Assurance, Customer Trust, Third Party Risk Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, or related.
• Experience reviewing or responding to security questionnaires, due diligence requests, or vendor assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support global Security Trust operations across customer trust, third-party risk, and security assurance workflows.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, due diligence requests, and security documentation.
• Ensure customer-facing responses are accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with company positions.
• Translate security and privacy information into clear customer-facing responses for diverse audiences.
• Review security artifacts (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.) and identify remediation actions.
• Maintain and improve reusable Trust Center content, playbooks, and AI-enabled knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Privacy, Engineering, and other teams to support reviews throughout lifecycle.
• Track review status, remediation, evidence requests, and metrics; support audit readiness.
