Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Security and Transportation Supervisor to lead security and transportation operations across our community. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, while enforcing policies and regulatory requirements with a focus on safety and excellence.

The role requires CDL Class B with passenger endorsement, 4–5 years in security or related field, and a proven supervisory background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in security or related field.
• CDL Class B with passenger endorsement or obtain within 6 months.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications or obtain within 3 months.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for security and transportation operations.
