Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Security & Transportation Supervisor to provide leadership across Security and Transportation, ensuring resident safety and reliable transportation services through effective supervision, staffing, and oversight.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years in security or related fields, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a CDL with passenger endorsement; you will support evening and night operations and work closely with residents and team

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years' experience in law enforcement, emergency service, or security field is preferred.
• CPR, AED, and first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period).
• Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to both the Security and Transportation Departments to ensure security and transportation services.
• Support evening and night operations and assist residents and team members.
• Monitor staffing, incidents, and service standards to maintain safety and reliability.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security & Transportation Supervisor position which is a working supervisor position in the Community.

In this role, you will provide leadership to both the Security and Transportation Departments to ensure the security, safety, and transportation services of the community are met through adequate supervision, appropriate staffing, and careful monitoring of all functions. Provide support during the evening and night hours to residents and team members.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of five years' experience in law enforcement, emergency service, or security field is preferred
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)

Pay Range

$20.60 - $31.12 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
