Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Trainer in the Dayton, OH area to develop curriculum and deliver a range of security training across contracts.

You will present instructional content and conduct practical exercises as assigned by the Director or Vice President of Operations. You will maintain compliance with all mandates, assist in creating training manuals and visual aids, and may travel to training sites to support programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR, AED and Adult First Aid certifications (Red Cross, ASHA, etc.)
• 5+ years in training/education/military or police training admin environment
• Ability to present to large and small groups and manage multiple tasks in changing environments

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs, PPTs, syllabi, and testing materials.
• Deliver training sessions and practical exercises.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external mandates and keep records.
• Travel to training sites as needed and support multiple environments including ranges.
