Job summary

Marksman is seeking an experienced security trainer to oversee MSC contract requirements and site-specific training in California. You will forecast, implement, and manage the training program, ensuring ongoing MSC training across all personnel and coordinating with the Account Manager.

You must be a California-licensed guard with strong public speaking skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and a talent for developing engaging training content.

Qualifications

• Must have a California Guard Card.
• Experienced Passionate Speaker.
• Professional and Knowledgeable Trainer.
• Comfortable addressing a big audience.
• Data Capturing and Employee Metrics.
• Must have Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint experience.
• Forecast and implementation of the training program (existing and new deliverables).
• Interact with all guests (clients, employees, and guests) in a professional demeanor.
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
• Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute the contract.
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties, including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
