Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. This role combines design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship, requiring strong Revit skills and clear communication.

You will develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong project management background.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• PSP certification required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
