Job summary

Glumac is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects in Sacramento. This role combines technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship.

The ideal candidate brings strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset, with the ability to develop construction documents and specifications that support successful project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology and security design and project delivery.
• Strong background in project management and client coordination.
• Experience with electronic security systems design is required.
• Proficient telecommunications and audiovisual system design.
• Extensive experience using Revit for construction documents.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• PSP certification required; U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for complex projects.
• Provide ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design guidance.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external SMEs.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specs.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support professional growth in security disciplines.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions with clear, ongoing communication.
