Responsibilities

• Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service/security issues.
• Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Solid technical skills and experience related to security systems.
• Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Works with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Great communication skills with supervisors, office personnel, and clients.
• Familiar with various manufacturers (Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch, Galaxy, etc...).
• Locate and evaluate the client's issues & complete repair.
