Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead ICT, security, and audiovisual system design for complex projects. You will own design delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality construction documents and specifications.

The role emphasizes strong Revit skills, effective communication, and a growth-mindset to drive project success from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
