Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Security Guard License or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in writing clear incident and shift reports.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers on assigned shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety and security compliance.
• Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and documentation.
• Enforce client post orders, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between security staff and client management.
