Job summary

Elite Security Agency LLC is seeking a motivated Flex Supervisor to lead security teams across multiple client sites in the Charlotte area. You will provide on-site leadership, fill in for absent supervisors, inspect sites, enforce policies, and ensure continuous coverage in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior security supervision experience, a valid NC Security Guard Registration (or ability to obtain), and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security supervision or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration or ability to obtain one.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites in the Charlotte area.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation.
