Job summary

Elite Security Agency LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a confident and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team on site. You will supervise officers, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety and security across the client site in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Security Guard License or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in writing clear incident and shift reports.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
