Job summary

Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time Security Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot electronic and physical security systems across CA locations, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role includes travel, client training, and potential cross-training for ATM service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of security installation experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2-5 years of electronic and physical security service and installation experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Knowledge of alarm systems, access control, video/CCTV, drive-up systems, and teller equipment is preferred.
Experience with Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, Lenel is preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Travel to client sites for alarm failure troubleshooting and repairs, including up to a week away when needed.
Install and service electronic and physical security products, pulling wire as required.
Install and wire electronic equipment used in security systems.
Account for tools, equipment, parts and inventory for each job.
Test installed equipment for proper performance and code compliance.
Troubleshoot and repair security equipment and systems.
Communicate project status to management and customers.
Conduct site surveys and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
