Sizzling Platter is seeking a full-time Security Systems Technician to support our IT Security team in Murray, UT. The role involves installing CCTV and other security systems, coordinating with contractors, and providing support for security tools across 10,000+ employees.

This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, growth into scheduling projects, and potential travel for installations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent phone skills and clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office is preferred.
• A+ or MCP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incident response and review alarm logs.
• Install CCTV and security systems at locations.
• Coordinate and supervise security system installations with contractors.
• Provide help desk support for CCTV and security tools.
• Monitor the NOC and troubleshoot outages to restore CCTV connectivity.
• Configure and maintain CCTV, alarm management, and loss prevention apps.
• Maintain relationships with remote IT and construction contractors.
• Plan on-site or remote surveys for security installations.
