Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in helpdesk, technical support, or security systems support.
• Working knowledge of access control systems.
• Experience with video management systems.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for ESS platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues including badge access failures and camera outages.
• Monitor system health dashboards to identify system failures.
• Assist with user account creation and permissions changes.
• Support field technicians with remote diagnostics.
• Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
