Qualifications
2+ years experience in helpdesk, technical support, or security systems support.
Working knowledge of access control systems.
Experience with video management systems.
Understanding of basic networking concepts.
Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for ESS platforms.
Troubleshoot issues including badge access failures and camera outages.
Monitor system health dashboards to identify system failures.
Assist with user account creation and permissions changes.
Support field technicians with remote diagnostics.
Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
