Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Integration Technician - Special Projects to lead site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

The candidate will focus on managing multiple priorities, training replacements, and advancing to project management, with 5–7 years of experience in electronic security.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general access control systems; Lenel/Genetec preferred.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings and control documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
