Job summary

Bogaardgroup seeks an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to join the Security Technology team on-site in San Jose, CA. You will lead enterprise security deployments, oversee design, configuration, testing, and commissioning, and coordinate with vendors and integrators to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise security deployments.
• 3+ years of hands-on programming, configuring, and supporting enterprise physical security systems.
• Experience with Lenel OnGuard programming, configuration, and system administration.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and security system integrators.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of security‑systems projects including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot Lenel access control devices within the client environment.
• Develop project plans with scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and deliverables.
• Design and review CCTV, access control, intrusion, and intercom layouts per standards and requirements.
• Evaluate bids, select contractors, and supervise installation to ensure quality and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders to align scope, schedule, and execution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover ensuring functionality and client sign‑off.
• Track performance, issues, and costs; apply change management as needed.
• Maintain project documents and ensure safety and quality throughout.
