Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of security system installation experience.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security installation teams on commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and work assignments for technicians.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems, including access control, intercom, and network-based solutions.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related project issues.
• Conduct site assessments and provide project status updates.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
