The role requires hands-on work with tools, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and travel as needed. The position emphasizes safety, quality control, and timely execution of projects across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools used for installation and testing.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders and lift tools up to 75 pounds.
• Color vision to distinguish wiring and indicators.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for documentation.
• Willing to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Ensures installations meet Kastle procedures and quality standards.
• Provides feedback on barriers to timely project execution.
• Prepares accurate documentation for completed work.
• Maintains company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains building keys and security access control.
• Communicates with customers, contractors, and Kastle staff during testing.
• Stays current on Kastle services, technology, and procedures.
