Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an experienced field installer to oversee site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success and adherence to Kastle procedures.

Responsibilities include installing CCTV and access control systems, testing, documenting work, maintaining tools and vehicles, and communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools and equipment not to exceed seventy‑five pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to interface and communicate with customers and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidate must be able to use MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to follow the installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures outlined by i2G.
• Must be available to work overtime, weeknights, and/or weekends when necessary.
• Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.

• Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings.
• Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
• Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.
