Job summary

SpaceX Memphis is seeking a Physical Security Hardware Specialist to install, troubleshoot and maintain security system infrastructure, including CCTV and access control, across multiple facilities. You will work with security staff and stakeholders to ensure reliable operations.

Required: high school diploma, experience with security systems, knowledge of Lenel/Avigilon software, and the ability to travel up to 35%. Certifications are preferred; ITAR considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion systems or similar.
• 3+ years using power tools and calibrated tooling.
• Lenel/Avigilon knowledge and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain security technology (CCTV, access control, other platforms).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate security hardware and instrumentation.
• Maintain documentation of job status and materials.
• Assist in vendor coordination for large security system installations.
• Develop procedures and train system users.
