Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a qualified Security Installation Technician for on-site work in Jacksonville, FL, supporting the U.S. Marshals Service. The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of electronic security systems and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have IDS, ACS, CCTV and network experience, plus the ability to coordinate with project teams and customers. Travel may be required after project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with electronics-focused education preferred.
• Experience installing and maintaining multiple security systems across environments.
• Proficiency in documenting work and communicating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic security systems and equipment.
• Configure hardware/software and prepare systems for operation.
• Install raceways, cabling, racks, enclosures and control panels.
• Test devices, network equipment, and IT infrastructure; support commissioning.
• Review drawings for constructability and installation needs; ensure QC compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and service reports; track tools and materials.
