Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services in Orlando, FL is seeking a Security Service Technician to support the U.S. Marshals Service security systems program. You will install, maintain, test, and upgrade electronic security systems across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing electronic security systems.
• Experience with Access Control, CCTV, IDS, Intercoms, low-voltage cabling, door hardware, security monitoring, life-safety or detention systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; U.S. Citizenship and DOJ background may be required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet physical requirements (climbing, lifting, working at heights).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, calibrate, modify, and maintain electronic security systems.
• Perform break-fix and preventive maintenance on PACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, security consoles, door hardware, and related infrastructure.
• Complete software/firmware upgrades on security equipment.
• Support emergency service calls and urgent troubleshooting.
• Document work with service tickets, reports, and logs; update records in work management systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer sites.
