Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Security Systems Field Engineer interfaces directly with our customers. Strong technical abilities combined with effective interpersonal and customer support skills are required. You will conduct physical security surveys, configure complex enterprise security systems, troubleshoot issues and support installation projects in their various phases.

Your skillset should include direct experience with the installation, configuration, and service of Access Control Systems, Closed Circuit Television (both analog and IP), Intrusion Detection integration, Intercom systems, and Visitor Management systems.

Experience with the following platforms and certifications related to each is preferred:

• Genetec (Access and Video)
• Software House/American Dynamics
• S2 (Access and Video)
• Avigilon (Access and Video)
• RS2
• Feenics
• Brivo
• Eagle Eye Networks
• Exacq
