Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking a proactive Security Systems professional in Atlanta to maintain and enhance enterprise physical security systems. The role focuses on design, deployment, and ongoing support across hardware, software, and network layers.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to knowledge-base articles while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with Physical Security Systems & Security Surveillance Support and/or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Active Directory and troubleshooting Windows desktop, physical, and virtual server environments, plus networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and SAN storage.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Copilot).
• Strong problem-solving, customer-service mindset, and ability to document work and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in design, deployment, and management of integrated enterprise physical and technical security systems.
• Support execution of physical security projects by completing tasks per project plans and timelines.
• Provide day-to-day hardware, software, network, and basic server support for enterprise physical security systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and deploy across team platforms; monitor incidents and service requests; perform routine health checks and apply patches.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and SOPs; participate in on-call rotation for critical events.
• Travel occasionally to support on-site troubleshooting, installations, or system support at other locations.
• Configure, program, test, commission, and support physical security hardware and perform testing of upgrades.
