Job summary

Cape Fox Facilities Services seeks a Security Support Specialist (Mid) to support a customer in the National Capital Region. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph, and a strong background in security procedures.

The position is based in Washington, DC, with 0-10% travel. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with independent execution.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and a Current CI Polygraph Required.

Responsibilities

• Enforces SCI/SAP security procedures.
• Conducts facility inspections.
• Manages access control and SCIF visitor control (VARs).
• Delivers security and exit briefings.
• Processes DISS clearance actions.
• Serves as principal liaison with external security entities.
• Assists with review of security forms for accuracy and follow-up.
• Handles inquiries from personnel and investigative agencies.

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Security Support Specialist (Mid-Level) to support a customer in the National Capital Region.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $80,000- $90,000.

The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
