Job summary

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Security Support Specialist to assist a customer agency in the National Capital Region. The role focuses on protecting classified information, enforcing access controls, and coordinating security procedures for SCI/SAP materials.

You will deliver security briefings, process clearance actions, manage SCIF visitor controls, and liaise with external security entities while maintaining incident records.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of classified information management protocols supporting customer security office.
• Establishes and enforces security procedures to safeguard SCI/SAP materials while enabling authorized access.
• Conducts security inspections of secure facilities and manages access control.
• Delivers security briefings, new-employee briefings, and exit interviews/briefings.
• Processes clearance actions in DISS and related systems.
• Conducts SCIF visitor control and Visit Authorization Requests (VARs).
• Acts as liaison with external security entities.
• Maintains documentation of security incidents and mitigation measures.

,The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $70,000- $75,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
