On behalf of our client, a leading UAE-based security and risk management firm, we are hiring experienced Security Supervisors / Team Leaders to oversee field operations across international deployments. This leadership role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in managing security teams in dynamic environments.

Key Duties:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to SOPs

• Deliver briefings, manage shifts, and ensure team accountability

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to meet targets

• Oversee incident reporting, escalation, and documentation

• Support onboarding and integration of new personnel

• Foster a compliant, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ supervisory experience in defence, policing, private security, or international ops

• Proven leadership and decision-making under pressure

• Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Clean driving licence and willingness to work on rotation
