Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Security Supervisor for Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a landmark reopening after a $110 million renovation. You will oversee security operations and lead a team to ensure guest and team member safety in a premier beachfront property.

The role emphasizes high security standards, proactive incident response, and collaboration with hotel leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory security experience are preferred; CPR certification and knowledge of access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years prior supervisory position in security/law enforcement, hotel preferred.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong report writing of investigations and incidents.
• The ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical data.
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office to perform budgeting, payroll, and other communications. Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and motivate staff.
• Knowledgeable of fire, security, and keyless access systems.
• Requires grasping, extensive walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, smelling and visual acuity.
