Job summary

The candidate should have 2+ years of supervisory security experience, or related field experience; college credit may count for part of the requirements. Strong customer service and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Scheduling flexibility; on-call 24/7 may be required.
• Attend and pass Admiral/ADM Leadership training.
• Internal candidates must have an exemplary record with no disciplines within a year.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to operate site security programs.
• 2+ years of security supervisor experience or related field; college degree may count for half; military management background considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security officers and ensure site coverage.
• Assist with staffing and post coverage to guarantee complete coverage.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Inspect officers, appearances, licenses, and uniforms.
• Review written reports and sign-in sheets for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure timely and thorough daily report entries; audit for completeness.
• Review Post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Report major disciplinary problems or harassment to the Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
