First Coast Security Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead security operations at client sites. You will oversee a team of Security Officers, ensure post orders are followed, and serve as the primary on-shift contact for site security. This hands-on role combines leadership with active security duties.

The ideal candidate has security experience and a readiness to step into a supervisory position with a growing company, offering growth opportunities and a strong company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid state security officer license; active throughout employment.
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction to Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers across client site(s).
• Perform duties of a Security Officer when needed.
• Monitor and report activities and incidents at client properties.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate tasks to staff.
• Assist with training of Security Officers and enforcement of post orders.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements.
