Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring for a Security Officer/Supervisor on 2nd shift in New Bedford, MA. Pay rate is $22.66 per hour.

Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Roles include maintaining professional appearance, staying on post, supervising concierge staff, and delivering excellent customer service. Prerequisites include 3+ years of driving with a clean record, receptionist/guest service experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries.
• Review and approve all reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to customers/vendors.
• Maintain effective communications with all security personnel.
