Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking vigilant Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings. This full-time role offers a $27.00/hour pay rate and night and evening shifts including 11:00pm-7:00am and 3:00pm-11:00pm.

You will represent the client, maintain a professional appearance, ensure guest safety, and coordinate with security staff. Applicants must have a High School Diploma, pass background and drug screenings, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous security Concierge experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Candidates must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Front-facing concierge representing the building and clients.
• Uphold client appearance and culture; make guests feel welcomed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and stay on post at all times.
• Positive phone demeanor and strong written and verbal communication.
• Service-oriented mindset; make every guest feel valued.
• Notify superiors promptly of serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with security personnel.
• Keep team updated on policy/regulation changes.
• Assume other duties as required by Client or Northeast Security, Inc.
