Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee security officers, ensure post coverage, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. You will manage scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting while coordinating with senior management on post orders and incident response.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a security supervisory role, a HS diploma or GED, and flexibility to work on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security supervisory experience.
• Military management background may be considered as equivalent exp.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and site-specific security programs.
• Ability to work on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security officers and ensure coverage across posts.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Inspect officer appearance, licenses, and uniforms.
• Review reports and sign-in sheets for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure timely daily report entries and audit for completeness.
• Review post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Report disciplinary problems to Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
