GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Response Security Supervisor in Kirkland, WA. You will lead incidents, manage patrols, and adapt swiftly to changing missions with precision.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED verification
• Security supervisory/managerial experience
• Valid state driver's license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass extensive screening
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during incidents or emergencies
• Assist with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations
• Provide post coverage when operationally necessary
• Supervise and direct Security Officers on shift
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing gaps
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity

As a casual Security Supervisor – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What's in it for you

• Site Location: Kirkland, Washington
• Schedule 1: Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8am (graveyard 40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 2: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 3 : Full Time: Must have open availability to work 1 st , 2 nd or 3 rd shift

• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call-offs
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity

• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations

Qualifications for Response Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
