GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Supervisor in Kirkland, WA. The role involves adapting to daily missions across customer service, patrols, and surveillance with agility and precision.

As a Security Supervisor – Response, you will lead during incidents, assist with training, supervise officers, coordinate shift coverage, conduct patrols, and write reports while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• Must have a valid state drivers license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with training and onboarding officers on-site expectations.
• Provide post coverage when needed.
• Supervise and direct Security Officers daily.
• Coordinate shift coverage and staffing gaps.
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Ensure adherence to post orders and GardaWorld standards.
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.

As a casual Security Supervisor – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Supervisor:

• Providing leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies
• Assisting with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations
• Providing post coverage when operationally necessary
• Supervising and providing day-to-day direction to Security Officers
• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call-offs
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Ensuring officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Supervisor:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
