Sunstates Security is hiring for Unarmed Security Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for a full-time position starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay.

This leadership role requires active engagement on the ground. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will manage daily operations and serve as a working third-shift patrol officer. You may need to cover open shifts or arrange coverage to ensure continuous site protection.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field.

The Security Site Supervisor may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs. You should read, understand, and act quickly according to these directives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
2. Patrol the site actively, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in when necessary.
4. Communicate with clients and relay procedural updates to your team.
5. Train staff on new or revised security protocols.
6. Document site activity through detailed reports.
7. Respond rapidly to emergencies and critical situations.
8. Enforce all site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations.
