Sunstates Security is hiring for Unarmed Security Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for a full-time position starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay.

This leadership role requires active engagement on the ground. As a Security Site Supervisor, you’ll manage daily operations and serve as a third-shift patrol officer. You’ll need to cover open shifts or arrange coverage to ensure continuous site protection.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in the security field.

The Security Site Supervisor may perform duties as per Post Orders and SOPs, requiring thorough knowledge and quick, efficient action according to directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
• Patrol the site actively, respond to incidents, and maintain visible presence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping into open posts.
• Communicate with clients and relay procedural updates to the team.
• Train staff on security protocols.
• Document site activity through detailed reports.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical situations.
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and regulations.
