Security Supervisor Charlotte, NC- $23.00/hr(#95)

Sunstates Security is Hiring for Unarmed Security Supervisor in the Charlotte, NC Area for Full-time position available, starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay!

You’re stepping into a leadership role that requires more than oversight — it calls for active engagement on the ground. As a Security Site Supervisor in Charlotte, NC, you’ll manage daily operations while also serving as a working third(3rd) shift patrol officer. You’ll be expected to cover open shifts yourself or arrange coverage when needed, ensuring no gap in site protection or service.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field.

A Security Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.

Patrol the site as an active officer, responding to incidents and ensuring visible presence.

Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in to cover open posts when necessary.

Maintain open communication with clients and relay procedural updates to your team.

Train staff on new or revised security protocols.

Observe and document site activity through detailed third-person reports.

Respond rapidly to emergencies and critical situations.

Enforce all site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations.
