The Security Site Supervisor performs duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, requiring thorough knowledge and quick, efficient action according to directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
• Patrol the site actively, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence.
• Serve as the first contact for shift coverage, stepping in when necessary.
• Communicate with clients and relay procedural updates.
• Train staff on security protocols.
• Document site activity through detailed reports.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical situations.
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and regulations.
