Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead security operations, plan staffing, and oversee incident responses. You will train and evaluate Security Officers, assign priorities, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all incidents.

Key duties include supervising investigations, enforcing department policies, and promoting a collaborative, safety‑minded work environment for Guests and Team Members alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Preferred four years’ experience in casino security or the law enforcement field.
• Preferred one year experience in a supervisory position.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize work and train Security Officers in the performance of their duties.
• Demonstrate and understand management's goals and objectives.
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to carry a firearm and have the appropriate firearm registered with local law enforcement agency.
