The Casino Security Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting daily security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and company assets. This position provides frontline leadership to Security Officers, oversees incident response, conducts investigations, and ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong decision-making skills, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and experience managing security operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Security Supervisor serves as a visible presence throughout the property, responding to emergencies, resolving guest and employee concerns, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies when necessary.
