Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is actively seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and uphold safety across our casino and hotel property. You will implement approved security procedures, oversee officers, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of protection and guest service.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in security or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of law enforcement, military, EMT, or related experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in security or protective services
  • Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and shift schedules
  • Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment
  • Basic understanding of department KPIs, labor management, or guest service standards
  • Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • MS Office familiarity (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with Teams
  • Incident reporting software familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, train, supervise, and coach department staff to promote performance and service consistency
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with company standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction goals
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating issues as needed to department leadership
  • Patrol casino and hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and assets
  • Guard all transfers of money and tokens on the casino floor including chip fills and credits
  • Escort armored car personnel around the property and secure high-risk operational areas
  • Respond to guest and team member incidents, including injuries, illnesses, or reports of suspicious activity
  • Preserve scenes of criminal activity for investigation by law enforcement or internal teams
  • Complete detailed and timely incident and patrol reports
  • Support the accurate completion of administrative functions, such as attendance tracking, supply ordering, or reporting
  • Assist with payroll processes, scheduling adjustments, and labor compliance as directed by department management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description Summary: Summary: As a Security Supervisor, you serve as a key leader in maintaining the safety and integrity of our property, guests, and team members. You are responsible for implementing approved security procedures while leading, training, scheduling, and evaluating your team of Security Officers. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
  • Work Cards Alcohol Awareness Card (if required by jurisdiction)
  • Nevada Gaming Registration Drivers License 10 Year DMV History Report
  • Concealed Carry Weapon Permit
  • Physical Requirements
    Occasionally push/pull up to 75lbs
