We are currently looking for Security Supervisors at Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel!

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and training security personnel, including threat identification, conflict management, and professional guest interaction.
• Creating and managing schedules to ensure security coverage, especially during busy periods.
• Maintaining vigilance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• De-escalating conflicts, handling emergencies, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding occupancy, age restrictions, and alcohol service, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Documenting incidents, preparing reports, and maintaining records for liability and improvement purposes.
• Communicating effectively with team members, staff, guests, and authorities.
• Maintaining security equipment and protocols.
• Assessing risks and implementing measures to minimize them, such as crowd control and entry point security.
• Remaining approachable, hospitable, and professional to foster a safe and welcoming environment.
