GDI, Inc. is seeking a responsible Security Supervisor to help ensure safety and security at our Georgetown, TX site. The role requires alertness, professionalism, and reliability as you monitor premises and enforce rules.

You will fill out detailed reports, schedule weekly shifts, inspect doors and gates, and coordinate with the team. Prior security or related experience and a valid grooming standard are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk patrols and handle light physical workload.
• Must maintain grooming standards and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Fill out detailed reports and make weekly schedules.
• Review reports and communicate effectively with team.
• Perform routine patrols and inspect doors, windows, and gates.
• Use security software to annotate events during shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and direct personnel as needed.
• Work as part of a team and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Fill out reports with a high level of detail.
• Make weekly schedules.
• Review reports and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with computer.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Report facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Use the supplied software to annotate events that occur during shift.
• Make regular patrols around the property and scan predetermined points as directed by management.
• Work as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
