Responsibilities

• Provide separate access control for buildings with proper badges or approved rosters.
• Coordinate and validate all foreign visit requests with the CPE ST3 FDO.
• Account for all visitor badges daily; issue badges and de-conflict with G2.
• Provide bi-weekly visitor reports to the G2 office.
• Monitor building security cameras daily and maintain shift logs.
• Manage the Security Access Roster (SCAR) for CPE ST3 facilities.
• Safeguard classified material per security regulations and procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and present information on Security, AT/FP, and Emergency Management.
• Assist with Intrusion Detection System management and code changes.
• Report suspicious activities or vulnerabilities to the G2 office.

Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Security Specialist - (Part Time) to work at our customers office in Orlando, FL.

• The Contractor shall provide separate access control for buildings in accordance with the locally established SOPs. All individuals requesting access to the buildings will have a proper badge or are on an approved access roster via JPAS/Defense Information System for Security (DISS) before gaining access.
• The Contractor shall coordinate and validate all foreign visit requests with the CPE ST3 FDO.
• The Contractor shall account for all visitor badges on a daily basis, issue visitor badges to guests as required, and de-conflict all badging conflicts with the G2.
• The Contractor shall provide a bi-weekly report of visitors to the G2 office.
• The Contractor shall ensure prohibited items are not introduced into buildings during the supported hours.
• The Contractor shall monitor, on a daily basis, building security cameras and maintain a shift log of access control activities as prescribed in the organization’s access control policy.
• The Contractor shall manage the Security Access Roster (SCAR) for CPE ST3 facilities.
• The Contractor shall follow all procedures and requirements for safeguarding classified material in accordance with security regulations.
• The Contractor shall gather, analyze and present facts pertaining to Security, Antiterrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) and Emergency Management (EM).
• The Contractor shall assist with management of the Intrusion Detection System (alarm system) to include changing and verify access alarm codes, cipher lock codes, and X-09/10 combination lock codes.
• The contractor shall provide a bi-weekly report on the status of the Intrusion Detection System (alarm system), cipher locks and security containers with their facility to the G2.
• The Contractor shall report all suspicious activities, security violations/vulnerabilities to the G2 office when discovered.
