Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with finding needs or resolving issues.
• Record incidents accurately in the case management system.
• Respond to security incidents using de-escalation tactics and resources.
• Assist with merchandise protection and theft prevention as directed.
• Work safely and adhere to AP policies and procedures.
