• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meet state/local licensure requirements for the position
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to use multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners and other tech per direction
• Effective communication skills

• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft zones
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest interaction with a thank you
• Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude
• Promote a culture of safety and secure store operations
• Document security incidents accurately in the case management system
• Respond to incidents promptly and maintain compliant procedures
